Made using your Berry Antioxidant juice or Lavender Relax tea for a soothing twist.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Berry Antioxidant juice
    or ½ cup chilled Lavender Relax tea
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries or mixed berries
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew Lavender Relax tea and let it cool if using that version.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice for extra thickness if desired.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy a relaxing, antioxidant-rich boost.
